If you're not completely satisfied with your online purchase you may return an item within 10 days of receiving it for a full refund, store credit (no expiry), or exchange. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Items must be in an original and unworn condition with all tags attached. Items returned that do not fit this criteria will not be accepted for refund, credit, or exchange to ensure the quality and care of the item(s).
Sale items are final. Undergarments are also final sale.

SHIPPING

Flat rate shipping for Canada and the USA on orders over $150.00 (before taxes)

Canadian orders under $150.00 will be charged a flat rate of $12.00

We offer a flat rate shipping service through Canada Post (Xpresspost). All Shipping costs are in Canadian funds. All shipments are sent within one (1) to two (2) business days.

An In-store Pick Up Option is also available for those who live in Vancouver. Select this as a "shipping option" at Checkout.

Shipments to USA and other International destinations are a flat rate:

Shipments to the United States, Over $150.00: Complimentary shipping, sent via Expedited Parcel
Shipments to the United States, Under $150.00: flat shipping rate of $15.00, sent via Expedited Parcel
International shipments: $30 (sorry, we cannot offer free shipping on overseas orders), sent via Expedited Parcel

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, fees and/or tariffs, as charged by customs. body politic is not responsible for any charges.


RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Shipping charges for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Any duties charged on returned items will be deducted from the invoice amount.
 
Email info@bodypolitic.ca to request an Exchange Authorization number within seven (7) days of receipt of merchandise.
Include this number on the package.

Once an Authorization number has been issued the merchandise may be sent to:

At this time the item for exchange will be sent back to the customer or a store credit will be kept on file for future purchases. Regular priced merchandise also qualifies for a full refund. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
